CLUES offer unique meeting and event spaces for CLUES departments and partners as well as the wider community. From our 240-capacity conference room to the sky-lit commons to our numerous flexible conference rooms, our facilities can accommodate groups and gatherings of many sizes. Our facility is handicapped accessible.
The Atrium Commons is included with rental of the VizualizArte Art Gallery. A large two-story, sky-lit space, the Commons is ideal for receptions, meetings, dinners, and luncheons. Clients may select their own caterer.

Multi-purpose Auditorium, carpeted with tiered theater-style seating, accommodates up to 250 guests in an intimate setting. Three projection screens, handheld and body-pack microphones, two-camera video recording, video conferencing, and live streaming of your event are among the audiovisual capabilities and equipment available at additional charge.

Weinberg Dining Room is a sunlit and spacious area for seminars, retreats, and meetings. Tables and chairs can be arranged boardroom or classroom style. Standard room equipment includes LCD projector, whiteboard, and screen. Refreshments can be served in this room. Rental fee includes use of the caterer's kitchen.

At our new facility, Comunidad Suite. has an HD video conference suite available for rent to area businesses and the general public. If you have a short-term need for a meeting room equipped with HD video conference capability, please call us to reserve. Our video conference suite is available at hourly, half-day, and daily rates; and is T1 equipped with IP connectivity. The executive level suite has a board table with (6) chairs, high definition video conferencing system, and a 55″ LCD flat screen TV.
Rates are $50 per hour, $150 per half day, and $250 for full day.
