Conference Center Rental

CLUES offer unique meeting and event spaces for CLUES departments and partners as well as the wider community. From our 240-capacity conference room to the sky-lit commons to our numerous flexible conference rooms, our facilities can accommodate groups and gatherings of many sizes. Our facility is handicapped accessible.

Attrium Commons

The Atrium Commons is included with rental of the VizualizArte Art Gallery. A large two-story, sky-lit space, the Commons is ideal for receptions, meetings, dinners, and luncheons. Clients may select their own caterer.

Multi-Purpose Auditorium

Multi-purpose Auditorium, carpeted with tiered theater-style seating, accommodates up to 250 guests in an intimate setting. Three projection screens, handheld and body-pack microphones, two-camera video recording, video conferencing, and live streaming of your event are among the audiovisual capabilities and equipment available at additional charge.

Esperanza, Alegria and Armonia Conference Rooms

These spaces are furnished with 24 tables and 48 chairs each. Tables and chairs can be arranged boardroom or classroom style. Standard room equipment includes overhead LCD projector, whiteboard, and screen. Refreshments can be served in this room.

Weingberg Dining Room

Weinberg Dining Room is a sunlit and spacious area for seminars, retreats, and meetings. Tables and chairs can be arranged boardroom or classroom style. Standard room equipment includes LCD projector, whiteboard, and screen. Refreshments can be served in this room.  Rental fee includes use of the caterer's kitchen.

Video Conference Suite Rental

Save Travel Time and Cost using State-of-the-Art Communications

At our new facility, Comunidad Suite. has an HD video conference suite available for rent to area businesses and the general public. If you have a short-term need for a meeting room equipped with HD video conference capability, please call us to reserve. Our video conference suite is available at hourly, half-day, and daily rates; and is T1 equipped with IP connectivity. The executive level suite has a board table with (6) chairs, high definition video conferencing system, and a 55″ LCD flat screen TV.

Rates are $50 per hour, $150 per half day, and $250 for full day.

Facility Use Guidelines

  1. Specific to Friday rentals, hours of occupancy may be as early as 8:00am and as late as 8:00pm; specific to Saturdays, as early as 9:00am and as late as 10:00pm specific to Sunday - Thursday rentals, hours of occupancy are dependent on specific activity (no later than 9pm on Sundays).
  2. A reservation is confirmed once a permit has been issued and all associated fees have been paid.
  3. The holder of the permit cannot assign, transfer nor sublet to another party the use of the facility they reserved.
  4. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building.
  5. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed in the facilities in designated areas according to the procedures and guidelines of CLUES and any applicable laws. Please refer to the alcohol policy for more specific information.
  6. A refundable damage deposit of $250.00 will be assessed to the renter event and will be itemized on the facility use permit. The damage deposit will be returned to the renter after the event date pending there are no damages to the facilities or any infractions of the Permit or Rental Agreement.
  7. The hours of use stated on the facility use permit for use must be adhered to, as the facility will be opened for the applicant and locked at the times stated on the permit. This includes all set-up time by the caterer and/or the customer.
  8. Occupancy of the facility after the ending time on the permit will result in partial or complete loss of Damage Deposit.
  9. Youth groups (participants ages 18 and younger) must be chaperoned on a ratio of one adult per ten youth, or other ratio, as staff deem necessary. All youth attending your event must be supervised and confined in the rooms, which are specified in your signed Permit.
  10. No decorations, banners, or signs can be taped, pinned, or affixed to the walls, ceilings, floors or windows unless the CLUES Facilities Department have granted permission. The use of glitter and confetti including types such as metallic, plastic and paper is prohibited as a decoration in the banquet room and associated areas. No confetti cannons allowed. Staff must pre-approve candles used for decoration. The use of ladders is prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in partial or complete loss of Damage Deposit.
  11. Birdseed and rice are prohibited inside the facility this is inclusive of all vestibules and foyers.
  12. Furniture including tables and chairs are not allowed on the outdoor patio; renter may bring in their own furniture as desired.
