Anali Crispin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the College of Saint Scholastica. She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of St. Thomas-St. Catherine’s University joint MSW program.
Anali is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) with over nine years of experience working with the Latine community. She has worked in various roles including, Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, Adult Mental Health Case Manager, Higher Education, Community Presenter.
Anali is passionate about providing culturally responsive Psychotherapy services. She creates a safe and welcoming space for clients to re-connect within themselves and to learn a healthier narrative about themselves. She implements Strengths Based Approach components to cultivate hope and therapeutic skills. Anali is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Anali is particularly interested in working with children, adolescents and their families as they work towards building healthier family dynamics.
In her current role, Anali supervises Community Cultural Brokers and Care Coordinators. She is committed in advancing the wellness of the Latine community by implementing an Integrated Care Approach and culturally relevant services. She believes in the power of knowledge and community relationship building.
