Santiago De Angulo joined CLUES in August 2023 as our Chief Operations Officer. Santiago has over 20 years of organizational management and overseeing business operations. Prior to joining CLUES, Santiago was the President at Aeon Management, LLC overseeing all Property Operations for Aeon. Aeon is a nonprofit developer, owner, and manager for approximately 6,000 affordable apartments and townhomes which serve 16,000 residents in the Twin Cities area each year. Prior to moving to Minnesota, Santiago was the Executive Vice President and Director of Regulatory Compliance for Eagle Point Management in the Washington, D.C. area with a focus on affordable housing and resident services for low-income communities. Santiago earned a Bachelor of Music degree at Towson University and has a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Communication as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland.
