Judith Garc\u00eda Galiana es la Vicepresidenta Senior de los Centros de Servicios Globales de 3M. Con 5.000 empleados en Costa Rica, Polonia y Filipinas, los GSC apoyan a la matriz de 3M y a sus m\u00e1s de 100 filiales en todo el mundo con procesos que van desde Finanzas y Abastecimiento hasta RRHH, TI, Impuestos y Operaciones Digitales y de Clientes, proporcionando un alto valor a la empresa a trav\u00e9s de la productividad, la automatizaci\u00f3n, el crecimiento y la optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos, tanto en el front office como en el back office.<\/p>\n

Judith comenz\u00f3 su carrera como ingeniera de procesos y cuenta con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia en puestos de liderazgo en 3M, incluyendo Vicepresidencia Global de dos Divisiones Comerciales de m\u00e1s de mil millones de d\u00f3lares, Gesti\u00f3n Global del Cambio, Directora General de Pa\u00eds y liderazgo de varios negocios en EMEA.<\/p>\n

Judith tiene un MBA por el IESE - Universidad de Navarra y un Master en Ingenier\u00eda Mec\u00e1nica por la ETSIIM - Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid, Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

Nacida en Madrid, Espa\u00f1a, ha vivido en Mil\u00e1n, Bruselas, Estambul y Londres y habla con fluidez espa\u00f1ol, franc\u00e9s e ingl\u00e9s. Se traslad\u00f3 a St. Paul, Minnesota, hace 13 a\u00f1os y es una orgullosa ciudadana estadounidense desde enero de 2020.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de sus responsabilidades en el trabajo, Judith tambi\u00e9n dedica tiempo al voluntariado para causas importantes para ella. Forma parte del Consejo de la Orquesta de C\u00e1mara de Saint Paul y de los Consejos Asesores de la Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad de Bolonia y de la Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid.<\/p>\n

Judith y su marido Alberto son \u00e1vidos esquiadores, y ambos comparten la pasi\u00f3n por la m\u00fasica cl\u00e1sica, la \u00f3pera y el arte.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
