Ren\u00e9 comenz\u00f3 en CLUES en diciembre de 2008 como Especialista en Respuesta de Servicios, donde ayud\u00f3 a la comunidad latina con referencias para obtener acceso a recursos y servicios que eran cr\u00edticos para su bienestar general. Su siguiente rol en CLUES fue como Coordinador de Facturaci\u00f3n a Terceros, donde administr\u00f3 y monitore\u00f3 la cobranza de los pagos de los clientes y todos los aspectos del ciclo de ingresos de facturaci\u00f3n a Terceros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\">En su puesto actual como Gerente Senior de Cumplimiento de Salud Mental, Ren\u00e9 optimiza la facturaci\u00f3n de subvenciones para Salud Mental, establece relaciones esenciales con los gestores de subvenciones externas, aboga por aumentos significativos de financiaci\u00f3n para nuestra programaci\u00f3n, dirige los esfuerzos de cumplimiento de subvenciones y programaci\u00f3n en Salud Mental, dirige las mejoras de garant\u00eda de calidad en Salud Mental, colabora estrechamente con el departamento de Contabilidad para garantizar procedimientos de fin de mes sin problemas y dirige los esfuerzos para mejorar la eficiencia en nuestros procesos de facturaci\u00f3n a terceros y de historia cl\u00ednica electr\u00f3nica. Ren\u00e9 supervisa a nuestro administrador de historias cl\u00ednicas electr\u00f3nicas, a nuestro especialista en control de calidad y a nuestro especialista en facturaci\u00f3n de salud mental. Desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la mejora de la eficiencia de la facturaci\u00f3n y la contabilidad, dentro de los registros sanitarios electr\u00f3nicos, y en los esfuerzos de cumplimiento y garant\u00eda de calidad a medida que el departamento de Salud Conductual obtiene la certificaci\u00f3n de Cl\u00ednica Comunitaria de Salud Conductual Certificada (CCBHC).<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Ren\u00e9 understands the importance that CLUES has within the Latine community and that is the reason why he started with CLUES in December 2008 and returned to CLUES as the Senior Behavioral Health Compliance Manager.
