Esther Wildermuth is Director of Human Resources \u2013 DEI and Corporate Giving at Xcel Energy, where she leads initiatives focused on building an inclusive workplace, strengthening employee engagement, and creating meaningful community impact. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and Latino leadership, with extensive experience connecting corporate strategy with community engagement. Beyond her role at Xcel Energy, Esther has served in leadership roles with organizations including LatinoLEAD and Summit Academy OIC.
