Fred Schiller is a senior global business and operations executive with more than two decades of leadership experience at 3M, where he has held roles spanning integrated business operations, customer operations, business development, and international markets. His career includes leadership assignments in the United States, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, including serving as Managing Director of 3M Chile.
