Michael Scafford es un experimentado directivo del sector minorista con 18 a\u00f1os de experiencia en Target Corporation, donde ha ocupado puestos de responsabilidad en las \u00e1reas de Inmuebles, Tiendas, Aprovisionamiento, Operaciones y Comercializaci\u00f3n. A lo largo de su carrera, Michael se ha labrado una reputaci\u00f3n por fomentar la colaboraci\u00f3n interfuncional, resolver retos empresariales complejos y obtener resultados en m\u00faltiples \u00e1reas de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Antes de incorporarse a Target, Michael trabaj\u00f3 como profesor de matem\u00e1ticas en un instituto a trav\u00e9s del programa Teach For America en una zona rural de Carolina del Norte. Esa experiencia le llev\u00f3 a desarrollar un profundo aprecio por el liderazgo de servicio, el aprendizaje continuo y la creaci\u00f3n de oportunidades para que otros alcancen el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n

Michael earned his bachelor\u2019s degree from Stanford University and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Michael and his wife are raising five children and proudly call Lakeville, Minnesota, home. He enjoys spending time with his family, mentoring others, and bringing a people-first approach to both leadership and life.<\/p>\n
