A lo largo de su carrera, se ha labrado una reputaci\u00f3n por fomentar la colaboraci\u00f3n interfuncional, resolver retos empresariales complejos y obtener resultados en m\u00faltiples \u00e1reas de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Antes de incorporarse a Target, Michael trabaj\u00f3 como profesor de matem\u00e1ticas en un instituto a trav\u00e9s del programa Teach For America en una zona rural de Carolina del Norte. Esa experiencia le inculc\u00f3 un profundo aprecio por el liderazgo de servicio, el aprendizaje continuo y la creaci\u00f3n de oportunidades para que otros alcancen el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Michael se licenci\u00f3 en la Universidad de Stanford y, posteriormente, obtuvo un m\u00e1ster en Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas (MBA) en la Universidad de Carolina del Norte en Chapel Hill.<\/p>\n<p>Fuera del trabajo, Michael y su mujer est\u00e1n criando a cinco hijos y se sienten orgullosos de vivir en Lakeville, Minnesota.
