As a Human Resources Director, Alejandro has led the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support the company's vision, mission, and culture. He has over 18 years of experience in human resources, ranging in experience and focus on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, total rewards, and workers' comp claims. He has also successfully managed multiple HR projects, such as launching an employee engagement survey, implementing a new performance appraisal system, and facilitating a company-wide training on anti-discrimination and anti-harassment.<\/p>\n
Alejandro has also partnered with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic guidance and coaching on HR issues and best practices.
