Su labor de liderazgo abarca la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y la influencia en las pol\u00edticas, garantizando que los servicios sean eficaces y respondan a las necesidades de la comunidad. Bas\u00e1ndose en pr\u00e1cticas que tienen en cuenta el trauma y son culturalmente sensibles, cuenta con formaci\u00f3n avanzada en reparaci\u00f3n del desarrollo, recuperaci\u00f3n basada en la familia (FBR) y\u00a0<i>The Body Keeps the Score<\/i>.
