Hazzen Mu\u00f1oz es el responsable de Recursos Humanos del Grupo de Negocio de Consumo de 3M. \u00a0<\/span>Hazzen cuenta con amplia experiencia en el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias integradas de recursos humanos que impulsan el rendimiento, fortalecen la cultura y respaldan el crecimiento empresarial sostenible. Su trayectoria refleja un firme compromiso con el desarrollo del talento, la mejora de la experiencia de los empleados y la alineaci\u00f3n de las capacidades de la organizaci\u00f3n con los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n

Anteriormente, Hazzen trabaj\u00f3 en Ecolab durante 19 a\u00f1os, donde ocup\u00f3 el cargo de vicepresidente de Recursos Humanos y Formaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea de Control Global de Plagas. En este cargo, dirigi\u00f3 la estrategia de personal de una organizaci\u00f3n global de m\u00e1s de 7.100 empleados, liderando iniciativas en gesti\u00f3n del talento, planificaci\u00f3n de la sucesi\u00f3n, desarrollo del liderazgo, adquisiciones y diversidad, equidad e inclusi\u00f3n (DE&I). Entre sus funciones anteriores se incluyen la direcci\u00f3n de la estrategia global de personal temporal, la supervisi\u00f3n de las relaciones con los empleados y del cumplimiento normativo, y el apoyo a m\u00faltiples unidades de negocio mediante el desarrollo organizativo y el liderazgo en recursos humanos.<\/p>\n

Hazzen trabaj\u00f3 anteriormente en Ecolab durante 19 a\u00f1os, donde ocup\u00f3 el cargo de vicepresidente de Recursos Humanos y Formaci\u00f3n.
