Liz est\u00e1 certificada en Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual Centrada en el Trauma (TF-CBT), trabajando hacia la certificaci\u00f3n en Psicoterapia Ni\u00f1o-Padre (CPP), y utiliza una lente de Reparaci\u00f3n del Desarrollo en su trabajo.  Liz ha trabajado en una variedad de puestos de salud mental basados en la comunidad, incluyendo trabajo social escolar, Gesti\u00f3n de Casos de Salud Mental Infantil y terapia basada en la escuela.  Es supervisora aprobada por la Junta de Trabajo Social de Minnesota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_font8\"><span class=\"x_wixui-rich-texttext\">En su puesto actual, Liz supervisa los programas de salud mental en CLUES y proporciona apoyo administrativo a los programas de todo el departamento de Salud Conductual.  Enfoca su trabajo cl\u00ednico directo en apoyar a ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y a sus padres mientras se curan de experiencias de traumas complejos, y disfruta particularmente apoyando a j\u00f3venes con diferencias de desarrollo en su proceso de curaci\u00f3n.  Liz es una apasionada de ayudar a las familias y cuidadores a entender y trabajar con los m\u00faltiples sistemas que afectan a sus hijos de una manera m\u00e1s empoderada, as\u00ed como la defensa de esos sistemas para que sus procesos sean m\u00e1s inclusivos, culturalmente afirmativos y equitativos.
