A lo largo de su carrera en CLUES, Paola trabaj\u00f3 en varios roles que nutrieron su amor por la salud mental y su pasi\u00f3n por ayudar a familias e individuos a encontrar los recursos y servicios que merecen.  Paola trabaj\u00f3 anteriormente en el \u00e1rea de Salud y Bienestar Comunitario, Envejeciendo Bien, donde facilit\u00f3 actividades grupales para adultos mayores latinos para ayudar a mantener la funci\u00f3n cognitiva y proporcion\u00f3 una salida para conectarse con los miembros de la comunidad. Paola es Notaria P\u00fablica de Minnesota. Adem\u00e1s, Paola proporcion\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n de casos basados en la escuela a los ni\u00f1os y sus familias, desarroll\u00f3 planes de casos para la continuidad de los sistemas de apoyo, y ayud\u00f3 a los padres a maximizar sus capacidades educativas.<\/p>\n<p>En su funci\u00f3n actual como especialista en admisi\u00f3n y coordinadora de atenci\u00f3n, es el primer punto de contacto del departamento. Ella supervisa las citas de admisi\u00f3n para los clientes y los horarios de los m\u00e9dicos, asegura la confidencialidad del cliente, y proporciona un servicio al cliente excepcional.
