If ICE agents want to enter your home, they must have a warrant signed by a Judge. A deportation order is not valid for entering your house. Ask them to slip this order under your door or show it through the window.\u00a0<\/li><li>Keep silent<\/li><li>Don't sign anything<\/li><li>Report and record any abuse by ICE agents<\/li><li>You have the right to request an interpreter if you don't speak English<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ARfmC-PAFIA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Watch the Webinar<\/a> by Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid<\/strong> for more information about encounters with ICE. Tell your family and emergency contact if you have your alien registration number.<br \/><em><strong>- If you are looking for someone in ICE custody,<\/strong><\/em> ensure your family and emergency contacts have the online locator.
