Cada d\u00eda compartiremos sobre los maravillosos voluntarios que contribuyen a hacer posible nuestro trabajo.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1El d\u00eda de hoy nuestra voluntaria destacada es Katherine Herrra! En el 2020 Katherine empez\u00f3 a colaborar como voluntaria en CLUES como pasante de gesti\u00f3n de casos de salud mental para adultos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en el programa de Servicios de Familia. \u201cKatherine empez\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado como pasante e hizo un trabajo incre\u00edble junt\u00e1ndose con mis clientes y ayud\u00e1ndoles a alcanzar sus metas. Cuando tom\u00e9 mi licencia de maternidad ella me cubri\u00f3 durante mi ausencia y pudo alcanzar todas nuestras metas mensuales mientras estaba yo ausente. Desde que el subsidio de Creando Puentes fue aprobado para agregar a un segundo administrador de casos tuvimos la oportunidad de agregarla a nuestro equipo y desde entonces ha sido una gran adici\u00f3n al equipo. Ella trabaja muy duro para poder cubrir las necesidades de sus clientes y constantemente se esfuerza para seguir mejorando. Ella nos ha ayudado a reestructurar nuestro programa y hacerlo a\u00fan m\u00e1s eficiente. Estoy muy contenta de que ella haya elegido hacer su pasant\u00eda en CLUES la cual le abri\u00f3 camino para formar parte de nuestro equipo. \u00a1Somos muy afortunados de tenerla!\u201d dijo la supervisora Emily Harris, Administradora de casos de salud mental para adultos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Esto es lo que Katherine dice sobre lo que CLUES significa para ella:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cPara mi representa un hogar. Es un lugar donde puedo ayudarle a la comunidad, especialmente una comunidad poco representada. De verdad es mi pasi\u00f3n y est\u00e1 espec\u00edficamente dise\u00f1ado para trabajar con la gente que m\u00e1s quiero, con la que m\u00e1s trabajo y con la que crec\u00ed abogado ya que hay gente que nadie aboga por ellos. De verdad significa mucho para mi y lo mantengo en un lugar especial en mi coraz\u00f3n. Es mi primer trabajo despu\u00e9s de haberme graduado de la universidad y para mi significa hacer la diferencia.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Gracias por todo lo que haces,Valentina!
