A medida que se acerca la graduaci\u00f3n, queremos presentar a tres graduados de la Escuela Secundaria de Orono que recaudaron fondos en nombre de CLUES durante el pasado a\u00f1o escolar. Bella Petschen, Bridget Carlson y Hadley Stephenson tuvieron la oportunidad de participar en su Proyecto de Donaci\u00f3n a la Comunidad DECA (por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) en un curso de Marketing que hab\u00eda sido dise\u00f1ado para desarrollar habilidades cr\u00edticas de negocios y dar a los estudiantes la oportunidad de hacer un cambio tangible en un \u00e1rea que es importante para ellos.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tuvimos la suerte de que Bella, Bridget y Hadley eligieran a CLUES como su organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro. En sus propias palabras: \"elegimos trabajar con CLUES por el tremendo apoyo que proporcionan, as\u00ed como por nuestra conexi\u00f3n personal con la organizaci\u00f3n. Bella Petschen, miembro de nuestro grupo, est\u00e1 involucrada con esta organizaci\u00f3n, ya que su padre ha sido presidente de su Junta Directiva. Como Bella es mitad latina y mitad cauc\u00e1sica, ha tenido que buscar su propia relaci\u00f3n con la comunidad latina. CLUES les ha proporcionado a ella y a su familia un entorno en el que pueden conectar con sus ra\u00edces y contribuir a la vida de otros latinos\".<\/p>

Los fondos recaudados se destinaron directamente a Fondo de C\u00edrculo de Ahorros de CLUES<\/a> Este fondo pudo aportar 2 d\u00f3lares por cada d\u00f3lar ahorrado por los latinos de la comunidad que hab\u00edan sido afectados por Covid-19. Un generoso donante individual igual\u00f3 cada donaci\u00f3n recibida en el D\u00eda de Dar al M\u00e1ximo d\u00f3lar por d\u00f3lar, por lo que su contribuci\u00f3n fue extremadamente valiosa. Queremos expresar nuestra gratitud a estos estudiantes que saben el valor de apoyar a la comunidad latina y a una iniciativa que anima a los latinos de la comunidad a abrir un peque\u00f1o negocio o a embarcarse en otros proyectos empresariales. Comenzando con un objetivo inicial de recaudaci\u00f3n de 1.500 d\u00f3lares, fueron capaces de superar su objetivo y donar 1.750 d\u00f3lares. Bella, Bridget y Hadley son algunas de las muchas personas que nos ayudan a asegurar el avance de la equidad social y econ\u00f3mica y el bienestar de los latinos en Minnesota y estamos muy emocionados de ver a estos generosos y solidarios estudiantes pasar a su pr\u00f3xima aventura. \u00a1Nuestras felicitaciones! \u00a1Felicitaciones!
