CLUES ha nombrado recientemente a Santiago De Angulo nuevo Director de Operaciones. En este puesto, Santiago trabajar\u00e1 con el Presidente de CLUES y el Equipo de Liderazgo Ejecutivo para innovar, gestionar la implementaci\u00f3n de los objetivos empresariales y fortalecer la infraestructura y las operaciones actuales de la organizaci\u00f3n. \"Estamos muy contentos de dar la bienvenida a Santiago\", dijo Ruby Lee, Presidenta y Directora Ejecutiva de CLUES. \"Saliendo de la pandemia, el papel de Santiago ser\u00e1 fundamental para volver a encarrilarnos con los objetivos de desarrollo interno, incluyendo el crecimiento y la innovaci\u00f3n, el fortalecimiento de los sistemas y la capacidad, y la alineaci\u00f3n de los servicios con la sostenibilidad financiera\", dijo Lee.<\/p>

Santiago es originario de Bogot\u00e1, Colombia. Llega a CLUES con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia en roles de liderazgo ejecutivo en gesti\u00f3n organizacional y operaciones, alojamiento y servicio al cliente. La educaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de Santiago incluyen una Maestr\u00eda en Comunicaciones Interculturales, un MBA de la Universidad de Maryland y una Licenciatura en M\u00fasica con especializaci\u00f3n en Interpretaci\u00f3n de Viol\u00edn de la Universidad de Towson. Santiago y su esposa Carolina se mudaron a Minnesota en 2019.<\/p>

Antes de unirse a CLUES, Santiago se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Vicepresidente Ejecutivo supervisando las Operaciones de Propiedad para Aeon, un desarrollador sin fines de lucro. Antes de mudarse a Minnesota, Santiago fue Vicepresidente Ejecutivo y Director de Cumplimiento Normativo para Eagle Point Management en el \u00e1rea de Washington, D.C., con un enfoque en vivienda asequible y servicios a residentes para comunidades de bajos ingresos.<\/p>
