Desde CLUES estamos orgullos de presentarles a nuestra Cohorte Logros tempranos de primavera de 2025,<\/strong> que comprende a 20 de los 28 graduados.<\/p>\n

Logros Tempranos<\/strong> es una iniciativa de CLUES lanzada en 2022 dirigida a los proveedores de cuidado infantil FAV (Familia, Amigos, Vecinos. FNN por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) que cuidan a ni\u00f1os de 0 a 5 a\u00f1os en su comunidad durante m\u00e1s de cinco horas a la semana. Sin embargo, hacen mucho m\u00e1s que cuidar a estos ni\u00f1os. Nuestros proveedores de FFN son educadores infantiles y emprendedores.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el programa Logros Tempranos, nuestros participantes se comprometieron a realizar m\u00e1s de 30 horas de formaci\u00f3n previa a la obtenci\u00f3n de la licencia de cuidado infantil en hogar, incluyendo cursos como Supervisi\u00f3n para la seguridad, Muerte s\u00fabita e inesperada del lactante y traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico por maltrato, y Salud y seguridad 1 y 2. Tambi\u00e9n se comprometieron a asistir a nuestra formaci\u00f3n en RCP para adultos y ni\u00f1os, impartida en espa\u00f1ol por nuestros instructores formados por la Cruz Roja.<\/p>\n

Los participantes de Logros Tempranos<\/strong> tienen acceso a los siguientes recursos: asistencia personalizada, acceso a transporte y asistencia tecnol\u00f3gica, as\u00ed como contenido proporcionado en espa\u00f1ol por personal y formadores culturalmente competentes. Tras su paso por el programa Logros Tempranos, los graduados y participantes tambi\u00e9n pasan a formar parte de nuestra amplia red de proveedores de FFN y cuidado infantil, a la que enviamos eventos, recursos y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

Al graduarse, nuestros graduados de Logros Tempranos son elegibles para iniciar el proceso previo a la obtenci\u00f3n de la licencia para comenzar su propio servicio de cuidado infantil familiar en el hogar. El proceso de solicitud y obtenci\u00f3n de la licencia de cuidado infantil en Minnesota puede ser abrumador. En general, este proceso puede durar entre seis meses y un a\u00f1o y, en algunos casos, la solicitud puede ser rechazada, lo que significa que habr\u00eda que comenzar el proceso desde el principio.<\/p>\n

Obtener la licencia para iniciar su propio servicio de cuidado infantil familiar en el hogar en Minnesota<\/strong> puede ser un proceso intensivo. Estos son los pasos que deben seguir los proveedores para iniciar el proceso de obtenci\u00f3n de la licencia. En primer lugar, deben asistir a la orientaci\u00f3n sobre cuidado infantil en el condado en el que tienen previsto abrir su guarder\u00eda familiar en el hogar. Una vez cumplido ese requisito, deben completar el paquete de solicitud. Durante el proceso previo a la concesi\u00f3n de la licencia, deber\u00e1n realizar los cursos previos a la concesi\u00f3n de la licencia, que, si forman parte del programa Logros Tempranos, ya habr\u00e1n cumplido. A continuaci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1n completar un estudio de antecedentes realizado por el estado, que incluir\u00e1 al solicitante, as\u00ed como a cualquier persona mayor de 14 a\u00f1os que resida en el hogar. Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n tener al menos tres referencias. El lugar que se utilizar\u00eda para el espacio de cuidado infantil tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00eda que someterse a una inspecci\u00f3n de bomberos para garantizar que cumple con la normativa, de acuerdo con las regulaciones de MN Child Care. A continuaci\u00f3n, tendr\u00edan que programar una reuni\u00f3n con el responsable de licencias de su condado. Por \u00faltimo, recibir\u00e1n una notificaci\u00f3n sobre el estado de su solicitud.<\/p>\n

Desde el lanzamiento del programa Logros Tempranos en 2022, m\u00e1s de 100 participantes han aprovechado estas formaciones intensivas.<\/strong> proporcionados por CLUES, de los cuales 94 se han graduado en los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os del programa. De estos graduados, seis graduados de Logros Tempranos<\/b> have gone on to become licensed family child care providers.<\/p>\n
