Queridos amigos, <\/p>\n

Al celebrar mi decimotercer aniversario al frente de CLUES, creo que es el momento ideal para anunciar mi jubilaci\u00f3n como Presidenta y Directora Ejecutiva de Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES) a finales de 2025. 
<\/p>\n

En 2026, CLUES celebrar\u00e1 su 45\u00ba aniversario con el enfoque, la capacidad y la plataforma adecuados para impulsar su crecimiento hacia la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada (2035), cuando se espera que la poblaci\u00f3n latina de Minnesota supere el umbral de los 550.000 habitantes.  <\/p>\n

Su apoyo y compromiso con nuestra misi\u00f3n nos han ayudado a prosperar durante un per\u00edodo de crecimiento audaz, mayor impacto e innovaci\u00f3n arraigada en la cultura. Hemos logrado mucho en los \u00faltimos 13 a\u00f1os al involucrar a las voces de la comunidad y asegurar asociaciones p\u00fablico-privadas. Estos esfuerzos nos permiten crear espacios donde nuestra comunidad puede conectarse, acceder al apoyo que necesita y prosperar, incluyendo: <\/p>\n

    \n
  • La recaudaci\u00f3n de 20,5 millones de d\u00f3lares en inversiones de capital, duplicamos nuestra sede central de St. Paul, compramos nuestro nuevo centro de bienestar familiar y cuidado infantil en Saint Paul y recaudamos fondos para financiar nuestra futura sede en Minneapolis. <\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • La ampliaci\u00f3n de los servicios al \u00e1rea metropolitana del oeste, Willmar y Austin, llegando a m\u00e1s familias latinas e inmigrantes.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • El lanzamiento de servicios innovadores centrados en el bienestar y la familia, acceso al idioma ingl\u00e9s y la tecnolog\u00eda, programas para j\u00f3venes, programaci\u00f3n cultural y art\u00edstica, y apoyo a artistas latinos. <\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • La inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 10 millones de d\u00f3lares en crear programas de desarrollo de la fuerza laboral y de capacitaci\u00f3n dio como resultado buenos empleos y salarios m\u00e1s altos para nuestros adultos trabajadores, as\u00ed como oportunidades de ascenso profesional para los j\u00f3venes latinos.  <\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • El apoyo a miles de personas durante la pandemia de COVID-19 con programas de emergencia que abordaron la falta de vivienda y ampliaron el acceso equitativo a alimentos saludables, vivienda y seguridad de ingresos. <\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • La obtenci\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n como Cl\u00ednica Comunitaria de Salud Conductual, lo que garantiza una atenci\u00f3n diversa y culturalmente espec\u00edfica en todo el estado. <\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Y seguimos innovando: nuestra Incubadora de Negocios de Cuidado Infantil, dise\u00f1ada para promover los servicios de cuidado infantil y el esp\u00edritu emprendedor entre las latinas, abrir\u00e1 sus puertas este mes de septiembre en nuestro nuevo Edificio de Bienestar Familiar, situado en la zona este de Saint Paul.  <\/p>\n

              Estos logros han sido posibles gracias a su apoyo y dedicaci\u00f3n a nuestra organizaci\u00f3n y comunidad. Estoy profundamente agradecido por su inquebrantable compromiso con nuestra misi\u00f3n y con mi liderazgo. <\/p>\n

              Nuestra Junta Directiva ha iniciado la b\u00fasqueda y tiene como objetivo anunciar un nuevo l\u00edder antes de que finalice el a\u00f1o. Contribuir\u00e9 a garantizar una transici\u00f3n fluida y el traspaso de poderes al nuevo l\u00edder.  <\/p>

              Los cimientos que hemos construido son s\u00f3lidos, nuestro equipo est\u00e1 preparado y nuestra comunidad es resiliente. La pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada traer\u00e1 nuevos retos y oportunidades, y estoy seguro de que CLUES est\u00e1 preparada para afrontarlos. <\/p>

              Ha sido el mayor honor de mi carrera poder servir a nuestra comunidad junto a ustedes. <\/p>\n
