El s\u00e1bado 1 de noviembre, CLUES se llen\u00f3 de los colores, los sonidos y el esp\u00edritu del D\u00eda de los Muertos, una hermosa tradici\u00f3n mexicana dedicada a honrar a nuestros seres queridos fallecidos. El evento fue presentado por CLUES, organizado por el Midtown Global Market<\/strong> y financiado por la City of Minneapolis, Visit Lake Street, the McKnight Foundation<\/strong> y US Bank.<\/strong><\/p>

Familias de diversos or\u00edgenes culturales se reunieron para celebrar la vida, la memoria y la comunidad en un d\u00eda lleno de m\u00fasica, danza, arte y conexiones significativas. M\u00e1s de 3.500 personas asistieron<\/strong> al evento, convirti\u00e9ndolo en una de nuestras reuniones comunitarias m\u00e1s animadas del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En el centro de la celebraci\u00f3n se encontraba el altar comunitario (ofrenda), creado por M\u00f3nica Vega. Se invit\u00f3 a los asistentes a traer fotos de sus seres queridos fallecidos. Cada imagen, vela y flor de cempas\u00fachil se convirti\u00f3 en un s\u00edmbolo de recuerdo, transformando el espacio en un vibrante homenaje a quienes siguen viviendo en nuestros corazones.<\/p>

Las actuaciones del evento capturaron la esencia de la herencia mexicana. Los Rebeldes<\/strong> llenaron el ambiente con los ricos sonidos de la m\u00fasica regional mexicana, mientras que Kalpulli KetzalCoatlicue<\/strong> asombr\u00f3 al p\u00fablico con su potente y tradicional danza folcl\u00f3rica. Miguel \u00c1ngel Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> dio vida al alma del mariachi, evocando profundas emociones y alegr\u00eda en personas de todas las edades. Por \u00faltimo, contamos con la participaci\u00f3n del Ballet Folkl\u00f3rico M\u00e9xico Azteca<\/strong>, que mostr\u00f3 el orgullo mexicano que representan sus danzas. Llenos de alegr\u00eda e inspiraci\u00f3n, su actuaci\u00f3n se gan\u00f3 el aplauso de todo el p\u00fablico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Las familias tambi\u00e9n tuvieron la oportunidad de crear y conectar a trav\u00e9s del arte. Tanto ni\u00f1os como padres participaron en el pintado de caras de Catrina<\/strong> y la elaboraci\u00f3n de coronas de flores<\/strong> con la talentosa artista Daniela Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>. Al mismo tiempo, el artista Cadex Herrera<\/strong> gui\u00f3 a los asistentes a trav\u00e9s de la singular tradici\u00f3n del arte de la escultura en jab\u00f3n<\/strong>. Las familias y los ni\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n tuvieron la oportunidad de colorear sus propias calaveras de pl\u00e1stico, armar esqueletos de madera<\/strong> y pintarlos. El evento del D\u00eda de los Muertos estuvo lleno de diversi\u00f3n: muchas personas disfrutaron del fotomat\u00f3n<\/strong> para capturar recuerdos de este d\u00eda lleno de tradici\u00f3n, y saborearon chocolate caliente y Pan de Muerto de Manny Tortas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lo que hizo que este evento fuera realmente especial fue la diversidad de los asistentes. No solo la comunidad latina acudi\u00f3 a celebrar, sino que personas de muchas culturas se unieron para aprender, honrar y compartir c\u00f3mo ellos tambi\u00e9n recuerdan a sus antepasados. Se respiraba un ambiente de unidad, amor y comprensi\u00f3n. Miraras donde miraras, personas de todas las edades y capacidades estaban bailando, cantando y celebrando juntas.<\/p>

La celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda de los Muertos en CLUES nos record\u00f3 una poderosa verdad: \u201cLa Cultura Cura\u201d. A trav\u00e9s de la m\u00fasica, el arte y la memoria compartida, fortalecemos nuestra comunidad y mantenemos vivas las historias de nuestros seres queridos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
