Este mes, en CLUES, celebramos la resiliencia, el crecimiento y el progreso de las familias y las personas latinas a las que servimos cada d\u00eda.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A lo largo de 2025, nuestro equipo de Prosperidad Financiera tuvo un impacto significativo al apoyar a nuestra comunidad en sus trayectorias financieras. M\u00e1s de <strong>150 participantes<\/strong> se involucraron en nuestros grupos de capacitaci\u00f3n financiera, con 42 personas que completaron las cinco sesiones y obtuvieron un certificado de finalizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, nuestro equipo entreg\u00f3 m\u00e1s de <strong>50 talleres<\/strong> que abarcan temas esenciales, tales como <strong>elaboraci\u00f3n de presupuestos, ahorro, construcci\u00f3n de historial crediticio, relaci\u00f3n con el arrendador, derechos de los inquilinos y propiedad de vivienda.<\/strong> Estas sesiones est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para atender a las personas en el punto en que se encuentran, ofreciendo herramientas pr\u00e1cticas y orientaci\u00f3n culturalmente pertinente que empoderan a los participantes para tomar el control de su bienestar financiero y construir un futuro m\u00e1s estable.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ser propietario de una vivienda sigue siendo un objetivo clave para muchas familias. En 2026, <strong>141 hogares asistieron a nuestros talleres de educaci\u00f3n para compradores de vivienda, dando pasos importantes hacia la compra de un hogar.<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, 56 participantes se unieron a C\u00edrculos de Pr\u00e9stamo, <strong>y el 90% inform\u00f3 un aumento en sus puntajes de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong> y mejores h\u00e1bitos de ahorro.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Esta \u00faltima temporada fiscal tambi\u00e9n trajo consigo un impacto significativo. <strong>Nuestro equipo prepar\u00f3 con \u00e9xito m\u00e1s de 700 declaraciones de impuestos<\/strong>, ayudando a devolver m\u00e1s de 2 millones de d\u00f3lares a nuestra comunidad. Estos reembolsos desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental para ayudar a las familias a cubrir gastos esenciales, tales como el alquiler, los servicios p\u00fablicos y la alimentaci\u00f3n, especialmente en un momento en el que muchas atraviesan dificultades financieras.<\/p><p data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2791\"><span data-teams=\"true\">Nuestro Programa para Peque\u00f1as Empresas resalta su impacto econ\u00f3mico en toda nuestra comunidad. En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, <strong>CLUES brind\u00f3 apoyo a 545 participantes \u00fanicos de peque\u00f1as empresas<\/strong>, contribuyendo al sustento de m\u00e1s de 1.300 empleos. En conjunto, estos emprendedores ayudaron a generar m\u00e1s de 31 millones de d\u00f3lares en ingresos empresariales y a mantener m\u00e1s de 10 millones de d\u00f3lares en ingresos locales. <\/span>Con un efecto multiplicador, esto se traduce en un impacto econ\u00f3mico total de 46,74 millones de d\u00f3lares. En promedio, cada <span data-teams=\"true\">emprendedor<\/span> aport\u00f3 57,174 d\u00f3lares en ingresos, <span data-teams=\"true\">demostrando el poderoso efecto domin\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n en el emprendimiento a peque\u00f1a escala, la capacidad financiera y los negocios de base comunitaria puede tener en la econom\u00eda local<\/span>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"3104\">Estos resultados representan mucho m\u00e1s que simples n\u00fameros.
