DESCRIPTION:Want to create change in your community? Join us for five ONLINE meetings during May-June 2021 as we work together to map out current realities Latino families and individuals face in the housing sector in Minnesota. The meetings will be interactive and include topics around sanitary living\, security and affordable housing. Together we will be informed about our rights as workers and renters and how to become community advocates to make change. We will share valuable information about housing in your area and connect you with tools/resources for you and your family. \nWho can attend? \n• Wilmar Residents \n• 18 years old and older \n• Everyone is welcome no matter your immigration \nSuccessful completion of cohort will receive $150 cash/gift card. Support services will be provided upon special request. Free event.
