The Home Buyers Program will give you the necessary tools and advice to take the first step in buying your home - at no cost.

You will learn the following:

How to read your credit history, repair and rebuild if necessary
Create an expense and savings plan
Know your duties and rights as a consumer
How to declare your taxes
How to open and manage your bank account
You will know all the steps to follow when buying your house

Once you have achieved the goals of the program, we will help you decide if you are ready to buy your home and which loans and options are best for you.

Buying a house, besides being one of the most important moments in a person's life, is to have the peace of mind of securing a home for life for you and your family.

These are some of the benefits that exist when buying a house:

You acquire a property that will be yours at the end of the payments. The idea of having something of your own is always the main reason why many decide to buy.
The money you pay monthly will be used to pay for your own home and you will not have to pay for a home that is not yours.
