CLUES in collaboration with M Health Fairview will be offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine
• PEDIATRIC VACCINES PFIZER (FOR 6 MONTHS AND OLDER)
• ADULT VACCINES PFIZER (12 YEARS AND OLDER)
• BOOSTER VACCINES PFIZER (12 YEARS AND OLDER
*Second booster vaccination for persons over 50 years of age who received the first booster vaccination at least 4 months ago and persons over 12 years of age with immunosuppressed conditions who received the first booster vaccination at least 4 months ago.
