Heidi (Hey-Dee) Cordova Lema is an adult mental health targeted case manager in the CLUES behavioral health department, serving Hennepin County. Heidi graduated from Saint Catherine University in 2024 with a degree in social work. Previously, she worked at Clues as a behavioral health front desk client specialist and as a child mental health case manager in Ramsey County. She is passionate about using strengths-based approaches to empower clients, helping them set meaningful goals for their mental health journey, and connecting them to holistic services. Minnesota has always been home for her, but her Ecuadorian heritage is a big part of who she is. Outside of work, she loves sharing meals, laughter, and adventures with her family and their pets. Becoming a parent has added new joy and meaning to her life, and she brings that sense of compassion and connection into her work every day.
