Meet Ceci Organista Villaseñor (CLUES Abriendo Caminos Outpatient Therapist)

CLUES is committed to training the next generation of Latino and Spanish Speaking Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder providers.  In November of 2023, the Behavioral Health department was excited to add another independently licensed therapist to their team. CLUES Outpatient Therapist Ceci Organista Villaseñor, MSW, earned her Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) license.  

CLUES typically hosts 2-3 clinical interns in the outpatient therapy team and 1-2 interns in the MI/SUD team each academic year, meaning our “graduates” work across the metro in a variety of settings. Ceci is one of eleven current Behavioral Health staff who interned in the department as part of their undergraduate or graduate training, including four members of the Behavioral Health leadership team.  

This demonstrates CLUES’ commitment to train the next generation of Latino and Spanish-speaking Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder providers and ensures that our interns and staff have options to advance at CLUES as their skills deepen across the stages of their training and career.
