It is National Volunteer Week! Today through April 22nd we are celebrating and recognizing CLUES volunteers who lend their time, talent, voice, and support to our CLUES community. It is the power of our volunteers that help us reach our mission, we would not be able to do the work that we do without their incredible support.
As our staff and volunteers became more comfortable with remote work, we were able to find different areas in which our volunteers can stay connected through service, even if they are in another state, or sometimes, the other side of the world! We also were very excited to be able to bring back in-person volunteering and group volunteer opportunities like our Fiesta Latina, Wellness Day, Al Niño Con Cariño, and other events! In 2021, our team of 467 volunteers contributed over 14,730 hours! Thank you to all of our volunteers for their flexibility and adaptability during a time of so much change and restructuring.
