We are overjoyed to announce the successful grand opening of our innovative Family Wellness & Childcare Business Incubator Hub at 461 Maria Avenue, Saint Paul, on September 25, 2025!

We were honored to welcome distinguished guests, including Minnesota First Lady Gwen Walz and Saint Paul Mayor Melvin  Carter, along with our friends, partners, community members, and staff who joined us to celebrate this milestone during Hispanic Heritage Month.

As our President and CEO, Ruby Azurdia-Lee, shared: "Our new facility brings together family wellness services, culturally grounded healthy food access, and an innovative childcare business incubator for Latina entrepreneurs, all under one roof."

As Minnesota’s largest Latino-led nonprofit, CLUES is committed to strengthening our community. This unique microbusiness incubator will launch four Latina-owned childcare microbusinesses, creating up to 56 new childcare openings and providing entrepreneurs with the training and support needed to achieve economic mobility.

The project’s focus on creative, community-driven solutions was highlighted by Rudy Guglielmo Jr. from the Bush Foundation: "This model is a great example of the types of ideas we support through our Community Innovation program. CLUES is thinking bigger about how to strengthen the community and find creative solutions to address a critical need in our region."
