CLUES in collaboration with Univision Minnesota hosted a telethon on Saturday October 17 to raise funds to help the Latino community overcome obstacles during these times of financial crisis.
CLUES Saving Circles Fund support Latinos impacted financially by COVID-19 as they use funds for micro businesses and entrepreneurial projects or to pay for work uniforms, tools, access to transportation and other expenses needed to generate new income. Saving Circles will help increase supplemental income for youth and adults who are experiencing reduced income due to COVID-19.
For every $1 saved by participants the CLUES Circles Fund will match $2 to invest in revenue-generating business plans. Throughout our 6-month program, participants will become banked, will be assisted with credit-building and business management practices, and will be asked to save a monthly amount which will be matched by the Fund. Our Saving Circles Fund is seeded by a $100,000 challenge grant from an anonymous donor.
Every $1 you donate today (up to $5,000 per donor) will be matched with $1 from our anonymous donor. 100% of your donation will be matched and invested in the CLUES Saving Circles Fund. Please contribute today!
