CLUES is proud to announce that our Parents as Teachers program has been awarded Blue Ribbon Affiliate status, the highest recognition given by Parents as Teachers (PAT), the nation’s largest evidence-based early childhood home visiting model. Only a small percentage of affiliates nationwide achieve this honor each year.

This designation confirms that CLUES meets PAT’s rigorous standards for quality and fidelity, following an in-depth, five-year Quality Endorsement and Improvement Process. Blue Ribbon Affiliates are recognized for delivering services that closely align with the model’s proven practices and for achieving strong outcomes for families.
