The CLUES Board of Directors is excited to announce the appointment of Liliana Letran-Garcia as its next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective on February 2nd, 2026. 

Letran‑Garcia brings more than 30 years of experience leading nonprofit organizations and collaborating with businesses and communities to create equity through economic development. Most recently, Liliana has served as CEO of Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul, where she has led efforts to expand housing, build strategic partnerships, and mobilize over 65 faith communities across the Twin Cities to reduce poverty and strengthen family stability.  

Liliana Letran-Garcia returns to CLUES after serving as its Vice President of Programs (2018-2023) and was instrumental in shaping and expanding core services that address systemic equity gaps and advance social and economic prosperity. She managed diverse portfolios of culturally grounded programs—including housing stability, healthcare access, employment, workforce, and youth and early childhood initiatives.
