David works as an Outpatient Chemical Health practitioner and therapist at CLUES. He has worked in the mental health field since 2017. He has experience working with children with autism doing ABA therapy (2 years) and working with adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues (6+ years) in a variety of settings (at home, in the community, and in residential settings). He has a passion for helping people and this kind of work is what he finds most fulfilling. Prior to that, David worked in the customer service field for 6 years as a valet supervisor/attendant.

He graduated from the University of Minnesota (2018) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling and Addiction Studies from St. Mary’s University (2022).

He enjoys spending time outside, going for walks with his dog Bella, going for runs, and grilling by the lake. David enjoys staying active, playing soccer, and social dancing.
