Ilse was born in Minnesota and is a first-generation college graduate. She recently earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota.

She has volunteered at the Masonic Children's Hospital and a domestic violence shelter, supporting children, women, and families through challenging transitions. Before joining CLUES, she worked as a Behavior Technician providing early intervention services to autistic children and their families.

Ilse is committed to offering culturally responsive support and hopes to continue building her skills across mental health and community-based settings.

Outside of work, she enjoys doing puzzles, building Legos, being outdoors, baking, and spending time with loved ones.
