Martha comes to CLUES with experience providing Behavioral Care Coordination and Case Management services within medical clinics in the metro area for Latinx communities. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University in St.Paul. Martha is born and raised in Minneapolis, MN and as a Latina woman, she is excited to support the Latinx community as an ARMHS Provider to assist clients who have a mental illness to function independently by utilizing the four components of basic living and social skills, community intervention, medication education and transitioning to community living.
