Paola brings years of invaluable experience to the Behavioral Health Department and Latino community. Throughout her career at CLUES, Paola worked in various roles that nurtured her love for mental health and her passion for helping families and individuals find the resources and services they deserve. Paola previously worked in Community Health and Wellness, Aging Well, where she facilitated group activities for Latino seniors to help maintain cognitive function and provided an outlet to connect with community members. Paola is a Minnesota Notary Public. Additionally, Paola provided school-based case management to children and their families, developed case plans for the continuity of support systems, and helped parents maximize their educational abilities.

In her current role as an Intake Specialist and Care Coordinator, she is the first point of contact for the department. She oversees the intake appointments for clients and the clinician's schedules, ensures client confidentiality, and provides exceptional customer service. Paola loves connecting with her clients and providing them with a safe space.
