Pediatrician answers frequently asked questions about COVID-19 vaccine for children
Pfizer's vaccine is now licensed for use in children 5 years of age and older. While many parents are excited that children and adolescents can now get vaccinated, they may also have questions or feel unsure about their children receiving the vaccine.
To discuss this and other topics, on Monday, November 22 CLUES in collaboration with DeTiParaTi, will host a Facebook Live that will feature guest speaker Dr. Maria Veronica Svetaz, MD, who will remind parents that receiving the COVID-19 vaccine has many benefits. In addition, she will answer frequently asked questions about the COVID-19 vaccine for children to help parents feel confident and informed about their decision.
