CLUES in collaboration with Hennepin Healthcare, Health on the Go and the cities of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center have organized a Health Fair to address food safety issues in the city. This event is Open to Latinos 16+ that meet the eligibility requirements to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
We will be providing FREE:
• 200 food baskets available first come first serve
• Covid-19 vaccines
• Mammograms
