• PEDIATRIC VACCINES PFIZER (5 - 11 YEARS OLD)
• ADULT VACCINES PFIZER (12 YEARS AND OLDER)
• BOOSTER VACCINES PFIZER (12 YEARS AND OLDER
• Free, regardless of your immigration or health insurance status
• ID required to verify registration
*Latinos who meet MN state vaccine eligibility requirements
