Got a question about coronavirus? You can call CLUES bilingual hotline for help
As COVID-19 continues, we'll get through this together. At CLUES, the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, program participants, volunteers and community partners are of the utmost importance. We are monitoring the developing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and are taking necessary precautions to minimize the exposure and spread of the disease to our staff, volunteers and the communities we serve.
CLUES has launched a bilingual COVID-19 hotline (651-768-0000) aimed at connecting the Latino community to resources during the pandemic.
The hotline will help anyone needing access to food, COVID-19 testing, health care and mental health resources, housing and rental assistance, COVID-19 case investigation and contact tracing, employment resources, CLUES programs and services, and other critical community resources.
“In March CLUES saw a surge in phone calls from Latinx participants fearful about the impact of COVID-19 on their families. CLUES immediately developed its Hotline to serve as an information hub for Latinos impacted by COVID-19 to use for resource navigation, access to virtual services/resources, prevention information, and most recently providing support and guidance on accessing COVID-19 testing sites,” said Carla Kohler - Associate Director fo Community Health at CLUES.
Anyone can call the hotline at 651-768-0000 to connect with a representative in Spanish or English, who can help the caller find locate resources nearby. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm.
