I write to you with profound gratitude as I begin my journey as President & CEO of CLUES. Stepping into this role feels deeply personal, a true full-circle moment. CLUES was one of the first places where I learned that service grounded in dignity and trust is a powerful force for transformation. It is in walking alongside community, through moments of both challenge and possibility, that meaningful change takes root. To now return and lead alongside each of you is not only an honor but a responsibility I embrace with humility, pride, and unwavering commitment.

In these first days, I have listened closely to families, staff, and community partners. I hear fear, confusion, and exhaustion, but I also see extraordinary resilience and hope.

Many people are simply trying to understand what comes next and how to keep their families safe and stable. At CLUES, our responsibility is to transform uncertainty into clear information, compassionate support, and real solutions that help our community move forward with strength.
