CLUES offers monthly workshops in Spanish at both our St. Paul and Minneapolis offices.
You’ll learn the process of buying a home, and receive a certificate that will give you access to benefits in down payment programs.

The course material, provided by MN Homeownership Center, is recognized by most mortgage lenders. The certificate of completion received is required to receive most Down Payment Assistance programs, and most mortgage lenders require the certification before closing.

If you can not attend a homebuyer’s workshop at CLUES, Framework provides an online training option. The course is comprehensive, so you have all the information you need to navigate the process of buying a home. You can learn whenever, wherever and however it is most convenient for you.
To get started, visit the Framework site. You can choose to take the course in Spanish or English.
"Framework," meets the requirements for buyer education from many financial institutions, but be sure to confirm if the course is accepted by your institution.
