Liliana Letrán-García
President & CEO
Liliana Letrán-García brings over 30 years of nonprofit and economic development experience. A former Vice President of Programs, she returns with a strong focus on advancing social and economic equity, supporting Latino and immigrant communities, and strengthening culturally responsive services to help families thrive.

Liliana Letran-Garcia is the President and CEO of CLUES, bringing over 30 years of Corporate leadership, nonprofit management, and economic development to the organization. A familiar leader within the CLUES family, she previously served as Vice President of Programs before returning as CEO with a bold vision for community impact. Most recently, Liliana served as CEO of Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives to alleviate poverty and strengthen family stability.

 

A dedicated advocate for social and economic equity, Liliana is committed to advancing the wellbeing and prosperity of Latino and immigrant families across Minnesota. Under her guidance, CLUES continues to evolve its holistic service model, ensuring that the community remains empowered, culturally celebrated, and equipped with the resources necessary to thrive.

Ryan Robinson
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Ryan has over 15 years of experience working with numerous nonprofits in California and Minnesota, including a decade as an auditor and 5+ years as the Controller for Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity.

Ryan Robinson, CPA (inactive), loves working alongside impactful community-centered programs.  He helps lead CLUES’ financial strategies and awesome support services teams (Accounting, HR, IT, Facilities, Operations).  Ryan has over 15 years of experience working with numerous nonprofits in California and Minnesota, including a decade as an auditor and 5+ years as the Controller for Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity.  He has extensive experience in the areas of audit, financial reporting, nonprofit accounting, financial analysis, and process improvement.  Ryan holds a BS degree in Accounting from Azusa Pacific University, is a CPA (“inactive” status), participated in Leadership Twin Cities and is the Board Treasurer for a great MN nonprofit transforming homelessness services.

Jackie Perez
Vice President of Programs
Originally from Los Angeles, Jackie is passionate about empowering Latino, immigrant, and refugee communities and helping them thrive in Minnesota.

Jackie Perez, MA, joined CLUES in 2025 as Vice President of Programs. Originally from Los Angeles, Jackie began her career in the nonprofit field in 2006 at Centro, Inc. in Minneapolis, now known as Centro Tyrone Guzman. As the daughter of Central American immigrants, Jacqueline has firsthand knowledge of the various challenges that Latino and other immigrant communities often face in their day-to-day lives. As such, she has spent the greater part of her career supporting and advocating for the Latino, immigrant, and refugee communities of Minnesota. Jackie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a Sociology depth of study from California State University, San Marcos, and a Master of Arts degree in Health and Human Services Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

Benjamín Feigal, Ph.D., L.P.
Vice President of Community Behavioral Health Clinics
Dr. Benjamín Feigal has 20 years of experience serving the Latino communities in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Colorado, and Chicago.

Dr. Benjamín Feigal graduated with his doctorate in counseling psychology from Colorado State University. He has 20 years of experience serving the Latino communities in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Colorado, and Chicago. Dr. Benjamín provides clinical supervision, assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. He is experienced in the treatment of trauma, and he is the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Clinics at CLUES. Benjamín is passionate about his family, his friends, music, yoga, basketball, and providing culturally responsive mental health services.

Cira Sanchez
Vice President of Family Services
Cira Sanchez has over 25 years of experience in the field of domestic violence, sexual assault and child protection services.

Alisha is an accomplished executive who has over seven years in financial management and 12 years working in the non-profit sector.

Kathryn Ross
Senior Director of Development
Kathryn brings expertise in institutional giving and extensive experience raising funds for capital campaigns and workforce development, human services, and arts programs to her role as Senior Director of Development.

She is passionate about working for economic and racial equity and the transformative power of art. Kathryn holds a BA in English from Carleton College and is a 2012 James P. Shannon Leadership Institute alumna. She has worked at Esperanza United, Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota, and the Walker Art Center and has served on the boards of Kulture Klub Collaborative, Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, and OutFront Minnesota.

Originally from Spain, Jessica brings deep experience in communication and nonprofit leadership to drive social change. At CLUES, she is passionate about uplifting the Latinx community and amplifying their stories across Minnesota.

Originally from Spain, Jessica is an accomplished professional in communication, marketing, fundraising, fintech, and the nonprofit sector, dedicated to using her expertise as a catalyst for social change. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility.

Driven by a deep commitment to equity and inclusion, Jessica has collaborated with national and international organizations on initiatives focused on immigration, inclusive finance, human rights, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and poverty reduction.

At CLUES, Jessica is passionate about celebrating and amplifying the voices of the Latinx community, sharing their stories and contributions to inspire connection and understanding across Minnesota. As an immigrant herself, she brings both professional experience and personal insight to her work, striving to build more inclusive and equitable communities.

Beyond her work, Jessica enjoys exploring new cultures, spending time with loved ones, and caring for her two rescued dachshunds.

Alejandro Muñoz
Senior Director of Human Resources
Alejandro brings 18 years of HR experience with expertise in employee engagement, leadership coaching, and talent acquisition. He is especially passionate about building teams through trust, providing support, and leading by focusing on results.

As a Human Resources Director, Alejandro has led the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support the company's vision, mission, and culture. He has over 18 years of experience in human resources, ranging in experience and focus on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, total rewards, and workers' comp claims. He has also successfully managed multiple HR projects, such as launching an employee engagement survey, implementing a new performance appraisal system, and facilitating a company-wide training on anti-discrimination and anti-harassment.

Alejandro has also partnered with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic guidance and coaching on HR issues and best practices. He is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive work environment where employees can thrive and grow. He has strong skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership. Alejandro will always seek new opportunities to learn and improve his HR knowledge and skills.

Elizabeth Franklin, MSW, LICSW
Director of Behavioral Health
Liz has worked with Latino children and parents in the Twin Cities for more than 15 years in mental health programs in schools, homes, and office settings.

Liz received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.  Liz is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), working toward certification in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and uses a Developmental Repair lens in her work.  Liz has worked in a variety of community-based mental health positions, including school social work, Children’s Mental Health Case Management, and school-based therapy.  She is a board-approved supervisor by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.

In her current role, Liz oversees the mental health programs at CLUES and provides administrative support to programs across the Behavioral Health department.  She focuses her direct clinical work on supporting kids, teens, and their parents as they heal from experiences of complex trauma, and she particularly enjoys supporting young people with developmental differences in their healing process.  Liz is passionate about helping families and caregivers understand and work with the multiple systems that impact their children in a more empowered way, as well as advocating with those systems to make their processes more inclusive, culturally affirming, and equitable.  She believes strongly that building connections across settings and creating access to high-quality educational and supervisory experiences for providers is central to improving experiences for service participants.

Violeta Hernandez
Director of Early Childhood Initiatives & Program Policy
Violeta will lead the implementation of CLUES’ Early Childhood Initiatives, including the Childcare Business Incubator Pilot in Saint Paul. A passionate immigrant leader, she brings extensive experience in community development, public policy, education, and entrepreneurship.

Thanks to support from the Bush Foundation, Violeta will lead the implementation of CLUES’ Early Childhood Initiatives, including the Childcare Business Incubator Pilot on the East Side of Saint Paul. Violeta is a passionate immigrant leader with an extensive career trajectory in community development, including roles in public policy, education, philanthropy, nonprofit, and business sectors. She has also co-founded a Latino-owned small business to help grow economic opportunity in the community. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, especially with her 50+ nieces and nephews, listening to books and podcasts, and travelling the world.

Kaitlyn Laurelle
Director of Foundation Giving & Corporate Partnerships
Kaitlyn is a community development professional with a background in international development and work supporting underserved communities globally. They have worked in Peru, Nepal, Fiji, and California’s Central Valley, focusing on culturally grounded, holistic community care.

Kaitlyn Bucky Laurelle (pronouns: she/they), a native of Northern California, is proud to call Minnesota home with their partner, Jess, and three kids. Kaitlyn graduated from the University of CA, Davis with an MSc in International Development and has spent her career at the intersection of community development and underserved communities worldwide. Some of her favorite destinations where she has worked and lived include Peru, Nepal, and, most recently, Fiji. Kaitlyn is bilingual in Spanish/English and has also spent significant time working in the Central Valley of California, in rural immigrant communities, providing culturally grounded, holistic community care. In their spare time, they love traveling, rock climbing, and camping.
