Home Stretch is a face-to-face workshop where you can learn about the process of buying a home and other related topics. CLUES holds workshops monthly.
Financial assistance, counseling and other services to avoid eviction, loss of your home or becoming homeless.
Your housing counselor will help you understand the process from start to finish, free of charge. They will complete a financial assessment that includes a review of your credit report to identify possible obstacles. They will also help you determine the amount you can actually afford and explain how much you need to save to be a successful homeowner. CLUES will continue to offer support and advice throughout the purchase process.
Our counselors will provide free professional counseling services and guide you to prevent foreclosure on your home.
