Oversees the financial impact of an $11+ million annual budget with multiple funding streams. Oversees the outcome-based goals, fiduciary impact, and operational implementation of the following divisions: Finance and Operations, Fund Development & Strategic Growth, and Human Resources, in addition to overseeing the financial management and operational success of CLUES Marketing and Communications and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
Oversees the strategic alignment, implementation, and management/oversite of CLUES outcome-based goals of the following areas: Generational Prosperity, Workforce & Employment, Housing, Adult Education, Immigrant Integration, Leadership & Advocacy, Youth Advancement, and Arts & Cultural Engagement.
