Join CLUES on Saturday, September 19, at CHS Field in Saint Paul for a free, family-friendly celebration featuring live music, dance, art, Latino food, community resources, a backpack giveaway, and much more.
We invite the community to come together for Fiesta Latina 2026, a day dedicated to celebrating the richness, diversity and vibrancy of Latino culture in Minnesota.
This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Fiesta Latina. Families and community members are invited to enjoy a full afternoon of entertainment, cultural experiences, food, art, resources, and opportunities to connect with organizations serving our communities.
Fiesta Latina 2026 will take place:
The program begins with the school backpack distribution at 11:30 a.m., followed by Colombia Live at 11:45 a.m. and welcome and opening remarks at 12:05 p.m. Throughout the afternoon, guests can enjoy a Zumba dance class with René Thompson, performances by Los Alegres Bailadores, Kuyayki Perú, Ritmos del Perú y Más, Ritmo Latino and Mayores Mejores Choir: Sabios Cantores, as well as the final celebration and live music from Twin Cities Latin Band.
There will be something happening throughout the afternoon, so visitors are encouraged to review the full schedule before arriving and plan which performances they don't want to miss.
Fiesta Latina is also an opportunity for families to experience art, creativity and stories reflecting Latine identities and experiences.
Visitors can learn to create sculptures using Latine Zote soap with artist Cadex Herrera and participate in a printmaking activity with Valentina Peroza, where participants can print a pre-carved design to take home.
Guests can also visit the traveling exhibition “To Be Minnesotane: Ser y Estar.” Featuring 16 Latine artists connected to Minnesota, the exhibition explores identity, origin, presence, place, and what it means to carry one place within us while creating a home in another.
CLUES will also distribute free backpacks filled with school supplies during Fiesta Latina.
The backpack distribution begins at 11:30 a.m. and continues while supplies last. The Fiesta Latina guide lists the backpack giveaway among the CLUES services available at the event.
The backpack giveaway is made possible thanks to the support of Greater Twin Cities United Way.
Latina is also a place to discover and support local artisans and entrepreneurs. This year's Latino Art Market includes: Luna Turquesa MN, Maggie’s Creations, Manos Canelas, Mary’s Ideas and More, Plata 925 Domiguez, Quizhips, SB Joyería Artesanal, Wooden Art Pitaco. Stop by the market, meet the vendor, and discover unique creations while supporting local entrepreneurs.
Food is an important part of every Fiesta Latina celebration, and this year, visitors will have plenty to explore.
The 2026 food lineup includes Ari’s Sweets, Antojos MN, Burrito Mercado, Cocina Azteca, Hello Boba, Ixcali Tacos, Frida’s Little Mexico, La Chiva de San Juan, Mañana Pupusería and Obleas de la Abuela Napa.
From Mexican street food and Salvadoran favorites to Colombian food, Caribbean flavors, pastries, desserts, snacks, and bubble tea, there will be options to enjoy throughout the afternoon.
Dozens of organizations will be represented at Fiesta Latina.

Fiesta Latina is more than a celebration. It is also an opportunity for families to connect directly with programs and services that can support their goals.
CLUES teams at the event will share information about Early Childhood Initiatives, Family Services, Financial Stability, Volunteer Services, Adult Basic Education, the Best Buy Teen Tech Center, Behavioral Health, Canasta Familiar/SNAP/MNsure, and Career Development, as well as the backpack giveaway.
Visitors are encouraged to stop by, meet CLUES staff, ask questions, and learn more about the resources available to individuals and families.
With performances, art, food, community resources, CLUES services, and activities happening throughout CHS Field, we encourage attendees to plan ahead.
