Good news for Minnesotans looking for rental assistance! Applications for RentHelpMN are open and CLUES can assist you in the application process.
The State of Minnesota recognizes that many people have been directly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic recession and are in great need of assistance. That is why it has created a new rental assistance program called COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance, which operates under the name RentHelpMN. This program assists eligible tenants with back rent from April 2020, up to three months of upcoming rent at a time, and related utility payments.
