Tobacco Cessation - Es My Time Campaign
CLUES works to empower Latinos who are LGBTQ+ and those living with mental illness to take control over their tobacco habits and feel empowered to quit.
CLUES offers a free, 6-week workshop called Tomando Control de Su Salud (Taking Control of Your Health) for people over 58 years old to manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, cancer, cardiovascular or lung disease, depression and others.
Familias Unidas
Familias Unidas is a free, 12-week program for Latino families designed to reduce their children’s risk factors for substance use and gang affiliation by increasing parents’ understanding of child development and mental health, promoting healthy lifestyles and improving communication in families. This program is offered at partner host sites such as schools, faith communities and other groups around the Metro area.
