Our campaign provides information on prediabetes, type 1-2 diabetes prevention, and diabetes management to empower people to safeguard and improve their health. This campaign is sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Health.
This video series was created to reach Latino audiences with diabetes or prediabetes. It presents comprehensive information to prevent type 2 diabetes and live well with diabetes.
