CLUES is pleased to announce the newest member of our Executive Leadership team — we welcome Patricia Patron as Vice President of Programs. Patricia will lead our program team, overseeing the direction, effectiveness, impact, and sustainable growth of our Programs Division and service areas including Economic Prosperity, Family Services, Community Health & Wellness, and Arts & Cultural Engagement. She will work with our program and department leaders to ensure that CLUES programs and services respond to community needs in a timely, efficient, cost-effective, and quality manner and that they align with the CLUES’ culturally specific and holistic care and transformational impact goals. 

Patricia was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. She is a relentless advocate for equity and racial and social justice. Patricia brings a wealth of experience to improving access to health, wellness, and human services to the most vulnerable in our community. Prior to joining CLUES, Patricia served as Deputy Director for Familias en Acción, a nonprofit organization in Portland, OR that provides culturally specific services to promote health for Latino communities, including resource navigation, climate health equity, food equity advocacy, HIV/STI sexual health education, and workforce development.  Patricia also served as Executive Director at Outside in Portland, OR; COO at Native Health in Phoenix, AZ; and CEO at Family HealthCare in Fargo, ND. Patricia has experience in all aspects of organizational management, including equity and justice, strategic planning, business development, operational oversight, building partnerships and coalitions, fundraising and grant writing, talent management, coaching, and mentoring, and capital development and financial management.
