CLUES uses the term Latino as it is most widely recognized to describe the communities we serve. CLUES celebrates the diversity and multiple identities within our communities and affirms the value of each person including women, men, and gender expansive individuals. As we work toward equity for all people, we continue to listen and learn from community members, including those who prefer the terms Latinx, Latin@, or Latine, so we remain responsive and inclusive in our role as the state's largest nonprofit led by and for Latinos.
